According to the operational data of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, as of July 31, grains and legumes in Ukraine were harvested from 4.424 million hectares (39% of the planned), from which 15.474 million tons of grain were threshed with an average yield of 3.5 tons/ha.
It should be noted that as of August 1 of last year, grains and leguminous crops in Ukraine were harvested from 6.106 million hectares (55% of the planned). The total gross yield was estimated at 25.29 million tons with an average yield of 4.14 tons/ha.

Also, in two regions – Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson – harvesting of millet has begun. As of the reporting date, the grain was harvested from 1.2 thousand hectares (2% of the forecast). 0.83 thousand tons were threshed with a yield of 0.7 tons/ha.
Rapeseed threshing as of July 31 is estimated at 1.762 million tons, harvested from 781.9 thousand hectares (61% of the planned) with a yield of 2.25 tons/ha.
