According to the State Customs Service, since the beginning of 2020/21 MY and as of July 31, Ukraine exported 2.357 mln tonnes of grains, pulses (including by-products) and flour, down 1.137 mln tonnes compared to the same period of 2019/20 MY.
The exports of grains and pulses totaled 2.334 mln tonnes (-1.126 mln tonnes). In particular, barley exports reached 714 thsd tonnes (-105 thsd tonens), corn — 424 thsd tonnes (-1.13 mln tonnes).
At the same time, the export of wheat increased for the first time in the season – to 1.19 mln tonnes (+105 thsd tonnes).
In addition, since the beginning of the current season Ukraine exported 17 thsd tonnes of flour (-8.7 thsd tonnes).
