Profitability and efficiency of the agricultural company

Modern agricultural production is a big business. And business does not work for beautiful slogans, but for making money, making a profit. Methods to increase the profitability of the agricultural companies is the subject of discussion of the conference “Profitability and efficiency of the agricultural company”.

Like any business the agrarian has its own specific characteristics. Seasonality, the impact of unpredictable weather, changing prices, economic instability in our country – because of all these things it’s difficult to forecast profits. But the basic principles and values ​​of the organization and increasing the efficiency of business should neutralize the influence of unpredictable factors and work for the sustainable development of the company.

Now it is fashionable to compile the ranking of agro-companies based on the calculation of their EBITDA per hectare. In the framework of the conference  it is not planned to compare this EBITDA size, but the participants will discuss the factors that affect this indicator and the methods for increase it.
