“Ukrzaliznytsia” initiation of closing so-called low-capacity freight stations harms first of all the grain business. As soon as country regions separated from railway infrastructure, small and medium businesses should look for alternative ways of delivering goods. The President of the Ukrainian Grain Association, Nikolaу Gorbachov, joined the “Civilian Audit of the Government” workgroup in the “Freight Railway Transportation” initiative, to work together with other specialists of the sector. The workgroup aims to find the way to solve the mentioned problem and also to voice the position of the business, which suffers from the uncoordinated actions of the “UZ” in relation to the grain business representatives.
