Since the beginning of 2019/20 MY (July 1), and as of December 18, Ukraine already supplied 28.381 mln tonnes of grains and pulses on the global market, an increase of 7.29 mln tonnes compared with the figures in the same period of 2018/19 MY, reported the information and analytical web-portal of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex.
In particular, the shipments of wheat totaled over 14.29 mln tonnes (up 4.34 mln tonnes compared with the same period in 2018), barley — 3.66 mln tonnes (up 531 thsd tonnes), corn — 10.097 mln tonnes (up 2.44 mln tonnes), and rye — 5 thsd tonnes (down 73.2 thsd tonnes).
In addition, since the beginning of the current season Ukraine exported 175.2 thsd tonnes of all types of flour, up 63.1 thsd tonnes, including 174.2 thsd tonnes of wheat flour.
