Trade Contracts and Charter Parties

On December 1-2 International Law Firm Interlegal invites you to join our practical training “Trade Contracts and Charter Parties” for trade and logistics companies.

The peculiarity of the training course is the perfect combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills from experienced lawyers and international arbitrators.

The training content contains:

• basic principles of English contract law in the grain trade;
• examples and cases of execution of trade contracts for trade;
• review of current trends in dispute resolution.

The training course will guide participants through the obligations and rights in such contracts and will cover the related contracts required for documentary sales such as contracts of carriage (bills of lading and charters), insurance and letters of credit, etc.
