Commodity Dispute Resolution (GDP course)

This two-day course gives delegates a thorough exploration of what happens when a contractual dispute arises in the commodities sector. Through a comprehensive mix of presentations, interactive sessions and exercises, attendees will learn not only how to effectively mitigate risks, but also what they should do after a dispute arises, including how to prepare for an arbitration.

Exam
At the end of day two (6^th June) there will be an examination for all course participants and those who pass will receive an electronic certificate.
