UGA: Supply and demand balance of grain 2018/2019 MY April 24, 2018

Forecast of the Ukrainian Grain Association for the upcoming marketing year and refined results of the current marketing year for the production and export of grain.

According to the forecast, increase of the production of grains and oilseed crops is expected by the rate of 5%, and the growth of the export – respectively expected by 5%.

Also, the growth of wheat production is expected to increase from 26.5 million tons to 27 million tons and the export rates are expected to grow by 1 million tons.

Regarding the forecast of corn crop, production growth is expected from 25 million tons to 27 million tons and exports growth are expected from 19 million tons to 21 million tons.
