In 2019, the sea grain terminal EuroVneshTorg (EVT) shipped 1.519 mln tonnes of agricultural products, declared the press-service of the terminal, on February 10.
In particular, wheat formed more than half of the reporting volumes (809 thsd tonnes), corn — 424 thsd tonnes, oilseed meal — 95 thsd tonnes, rapeseed — 92 thsd tonnes, soybeans — 58 thsd tonnes, and other goods — 41 thsd tonnes (barley, peas, and sorghum).
North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia became the key export destinations for agricultural products from the terminal.
2019 period became the first full year of operation for EVT. To date, it is one of the most actively developing terminals in Ukraine. The company managed to overfulfill its previous plans. In the current year, EVT plans to continue developing its capacities and cargo shipment volumes. In particular, the company plans to construct 20 silos, as well as install the second berth and another shiploader, commented the Director of the port operator EVT Grain, Serhiy Gunko.
