Argentina – Update on Truckers National Protest

Since 16-Jan-2021 at 0000 hrs, the Truck Drivers Union
called for a public and peaceful protest for an undetermined period of
time. This measure is only affecting trucks transporting cargo nationwide,
which are not allowed to circulate. The measure is only affecting those terminals
which do not have enough cargo on their facilities.

During the meeting scheduled for today January 27th, the involved parties and the corresponding Government Authorities
did not reach an agreement. Government authorities request 48 Hrs to analize the claim and provide an accurate answer
in order to solve this matter. 

Please find below a summary of the situation of the affected Ports ports:

Necochea Port:
Sitio 0 (Pier 1), ACA Terminal (Pier 3), TQQ (Pier 4/5) , TQQ (Pier 6):  
Are being affected due to lack of stock.
Pier 10- Open berth, Pier 12: Berths available – no vessels announced.

Bahia Blanca Port:
All the elevators are being affected by the strike as no trucks are
discharging grains at elevator’s facilities.
