As of July 22, agrarians of Ukraine harvested grains and pulses throughout 3.4 mln ha or 22% of the plan. The production volumes reached 14.1 mln tonnes with the average yield of 4.18 t/ha, informed the press-service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
In particular, agrarians harvested 8.86 mln tonnes of winter wheat with the yield of 4.28 t/ha throughout 2.068 mln ha (30%). Also, Ukraine harvested 5 mln tonnes of barley with the yield of 4.18 t/ha throughout 1.189 mln ha (48%), 242 thds tonnes of peas with the yield of 2.21 t/ha throughout 110 thsd ha (47%).
