According to the State Customs Service, since the beginning of 2020/21 MY and as of August 26, Ukraine exported 5.969 mln tonnes of grains, pulses (including by-products) and flour, down 1.706 mln tonnes compared to the same period of 2019/20 MY.
The exports of grains and pulses totaled 5.928 mln tonnes (-1.688 thsd tonnes). In particular, wheat exports reached 3.571 thsd tonnes (-499 thsd tonnes), barley – 1.816 mln tonnes (+66 thsd tonnes), corn – 528 thsd tonnes (-1.255 mln tonnes).
In addition, since the beginning of the current season Ukraine exported 30.8 thsd tonnes of flour (-13.7 thsd tonnes). Particularly, wheat flour export reached 30.6 thsd tonnes.
